Designed and iterated product and support pages for ubs.com/ch.
Designed AI Search interface for ubs.com/help, enabling users to get accurate answers right when they need them.
Worked on UBS Icon Library as lead maintainer. Created a new icon visual language in line with major UBS digital products overhaul and redesigned the icon library accordingly.
Prepared design deliveries to developer/publisher teams and reviewed implementations to ensure proper quality.
Reworked mobile banking app bottom tab bar to ensure accessibility and improve visual appeal.
Supported Credit Suisse client integration into UBS, designing critical onboarding journeys that guided users through banking relationship transition to the UBS side with contact escalation of 0.52% beating the targets nearly 4 times.
Conducted competitive analysis, supported usability tests.
